Privacy Policy for Mindful Vouchers

Mindful Vouchers is designed as a private, local-first self-help tracking tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app stores, how it is used, and when it may be shared.
1. Information stored by the app
Mindful Vouchers may store information you enter or generate while using the app, including your display name or greeting name, daily voucher counts, noticed-only counts, win counts, selected focus type, custom labels and icons, theme and appearance preferences, and optional supporter pack unlock status.
This information is used only to run the app’s tracking, history, customisation, and export features.
2. Local storage
Mindful Vouchers stores your app data on your device.
The app does not upload your logs to a server controlled by the developer. The app does not automatically share your tracking history with the developer, therapists, advertisers, or any third party.
3. Therapist exports and sharing
Mindful Vouchers can create therapist export files from your history.
Exports are prepared on your device. They are only shared when you choose to use the system share sheet and select where to send or save them.
Please review any export before sharing it, especially if it contains sensitive personal information.
4. Purchases
Mindful Vouchers may offer an optional Supporter Pack.
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive your full payment details. Apple may process information related to purchases according to Apple’s own privacy policies.
The Supporter Pack is cosmetic/supporter-focused. Core tracking and support features are not locked behind payment.
5. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Mindful Vouchers does not use third-party advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.
Mindful Vouchers does not sell your personal data.
At this time, the app does not include third-party analytics, third-party crash reporting, Firebase, RevenueCat, or advertising SDKs.
6. iCloud and backups
Mindful Vouchers does not intentionally sync your app data to a developer-controlled server.
Depending on your device settings, Apple may include app data in device backups or iCloud backups. These backups are controlled by Apple and your device settings.
7. Sensitive information
Mindful Vouchers is a self-help tracking tool and may contain information related to mental health habits or urges if you choose to record that information.
Please only enter information you are comfortable storing on your device or sharing through exports.
8. Not emergency support
Mindful Vouchers is not emergency support, medical advice, diagnosis, or a replacement for professional mental health care.
If you feel at risk of harming yourself or unable to stay safe, contact emergency services or a crisis support service in your country.
9. Children
Mindful Vouchers is not specifically directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact the developer.
10. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
